Numbers listed in our inventory are subject to ongoing availability checks. A listing or enquiry does not constitute an immediate binding contract of transfer. Every number must undergo verification of active status, lawful ownership, and transfer eligibility before payment or allocation can occur.
4. Regulatory Compliance & KYC Process
All number transfers and SIM activations strictly comply with regulatory directives issued by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI). Buyers are legally required to furnish valid government-issued Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation (such as Aadhaar, Passport, or Corporate Proof of Identity) to the chosen telecom operator during SIM activation or MNP (Mobile Number Portability) execution.
