Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Advance Booking & Reservation
When a VIP number reservation is confirmed, the specific mobile number is reserved exclusively and taken off public listing.
2. Transfer Failure Refund Guarantee
If a confirmed number cannot be transferred or ported to the customer due to operator technical rejection or seller inability to supply the verified UPC code, a full (100%) refund will be promptly issued to the original payment source.
3. Customer Cancellations & KYC Rejections
Once a valid UPC code has been generated and delivered, or SIM dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be entertained as telecom regulatory codes have strict, unalterable expiration dates. Customers must ensure their personal KYC documents are valid and accepted by telecom operators.
